Terms and Conditions of Sale
Seniors Phones will only sell to persons over the age of 18years. By agreeing to purchase from Seniors Phones you agree that you are over 18 years of age.

Exchange / Refund Policy
We have a 7 day return policy on defective goods. These goods must be shown to be defective and not due to customer negligence. We will not refund if you just “change your mind” The customer will pay the cost of return shipping and ensure the package is safely packed to prevent transit damage. Please include a copy of your invoice. The returned goods MUST be returned in the same condition as was received with all original packaging, parts, accessories, manual and our step by step instructions.
Seniors Phones will not be liable for any loss of income, Data, Damage, Consequential loss etc relating to the sale or use of the phones. Seniors Phones maximum liability will not exceed the cost of the goods supplied.
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Our $10 postage anywhere in Australia also includes the cost of Registered post. After your item is posted we will advise you of the tracking details of your item. Normal delivery is 2-7 working days. If you have not received your item within 7 working days please advise us and Seniors Phones will track the item and advise you. If your item is received damaged or missing a part, you must advise Seniors Phones within 48 hours of receipt of goods and we will replace it.
Seniors Phones warrants that the phone is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months if used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. This excludes batteries which are warranted for 3 months with normal usage.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER Damage caused by customers Misuse or negligence or ignorance by failing to follow manufacturer’s instructions Seniors Phones reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on any item that is not returned in its original packaging or is seen to be not in “as new” condition Seniors Phones reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time without notice.
